For the first time University Racing Eindhoven has registered for Formula Student Austria. With 30 slots available and 33 teams on the waiting list, the event in Austria keeps growing each year.
URE will compete in the Austrian event, which will take place in Melk from the 11th untill the 14th of August, with our full electric URE05e.

New URE strategy

URE has chosen a new strategy for the 2009-2010 season. Due to the available capacity of the team, URE will focus on the production of one Formula Student race car. The URE05e will be produced during the months ahead. Moreover large parts of the URE06 will be produced, but the URE06 won’t compete in the events this year.
Not only the URE05e will be equipped with a full electric powertrain, the URE06 will also be equipped with a full electric powertrain during the upcoming season.

University Racing Eindhoven has registered on for class 1A of the Formula Student U.K. event. With our URE05e we will compete in this class, where not only full electric vehicles will race, but also hybrid, hydrogen race cars and others.
The registration procedure has been changed this season. This year the organisation made a selection of the teams who could be present at the event. We are strongly looking forward to the event in the U.K. on the 12th of July untill the 18th of July.
