Roadmap
Step 1
1. Joining Interest Group
URE Interest Group begins recruitment around March-April. Within these two months there will be a series of open team meetings, recruitment events to better understand the team. Attending these events is encouraged to gauge a better understanding of the URE Student Team.
Step 2
2. Send CV and Motivation Letter
The first phase will be sending your CV and Motivation to the Recruitment commitee. These two deliverable will determine whether you are able to move on to the next phase, the interview.
Step 3
3. Interview
In the second phase, you will be questioned about your motivations to join URE, your CV, Motivation Letter, and etc. This interview is conducted to gauge who you are as an individual and to see why you want to join this specific Student Team.
Step 4
4. Decision by URE Board
Finally, based on the previous steps, the Board will make decisions on who will be recruited into URE.
